Just about any Emperor cover. Two of my favorites are "A Fine Day to Die" and "Aerie Descent" (on laptop so cannot get the connected ae).
And if I am being honest, Rage Against the Machine has some amazing covers, too. To be fair, some of their covers are really, "re-imaginings" of songs as songs like, "Renegades of Funk" and "Street Fighting Man" sound absolutely nothing like the original and are only similar in lyrics and title.
