There is no such title as Crown Prosecutor in Russia – the Crown Prosecution Service is a British term – but the equivalent in Russia is the Prosecutor General of Russia.  That office is held by Yury Yakovlevich Chaika, a Putin appointee* who is known to be close to Ms. Veselnitskaya.

also like I wrote before, about what NYT said:

She was hired to do this by Mr. Goldstone, on behalf of Mr. Agalarov (who's father Moscow real estate tycoon known to be close to President Vladimir V.)

You cant say she doesnt have any ties to russia.

That doesn appear to be true.

She should?

What about the guy that meets with someone who clearly has ties to russia, to get dirt on a opponent? That seems fine to you?

Reguardless of how good any "info" she had was, the act itself is the problem here.

That is where the Dems are failing. Meeting someone to get dirt isnt the issue, the issue is the dirt. We meddle in everyones elections, the fact that Russia found a way to meddle in ours through our media is what is scary. It continues to work today and the Russians just get to sit back and laugh anytime someone from CNN opens their mouth. We are wasting billions on BS news about a collusion that never happened.

What about intent ?

It doesnt matter at all to you?

The purpose (why he went to meet with russians) was to get dirt, so he could use it, and effect the election.

That is collusion.

He himself has admitted to it, in a tweet. He knowingly went to get dirt, from the russians on Hilary.
