Yeah, it's pretty jarring. Did they think they were doing something noble or something? It's just a gif, a meme, a funny but somewhat tasteless (COMING FROM OUR FUCKING PRESIDENT), harmless twitter post.
I like the pundits that are on CNN (except for Don Lemon) but their organization as a whole just can't get it together.
