Only runs at 30fps on PS4, Switch version if it did happen would need downgrades.

I think it's unlikely.

how absurd, do you have any idea how technically simple Crash Remastered is compared to even a 5 year old game like Skyrim? the only reason Crash Remastered runs at 30FPS is because the devs didn't feel it was necessary to bring it to 60 (there were threads on Neogaf discussing this) and it's not even really something that's going to massively benefit a Crash remaster/port. the 30 FPS has not nothing to do with its tech. The Crash games are either linear train cooridors or fairly simplistic sidescrollers; yes, the Remaster is pretty and has some added effects.

Actually Crash on ps4 originally ran at 60fps, go back and look at the first footage of crash shown on youtube, it's 60fps but is lacking certain graphical details. So it seems they chose to improve the graphics at the cost of losing 60fps.

We already know how the game runs on PS4 and PS4 Pro, we know the Switch is a good deal weaker then the PS4, thus more optimizations and downgrades will be required to run it on the Switch.

I don't see how saying a game will look worse on Switch than PS4 is absurd, it's par for the course. But if you need an example from the same developer/engine... Skylanders Imaginators on Switch is closer to the PS3/360/WIIU version than the PS4 version.

Here's an image from the originally revealed 60fps version of the game (this could be a good indication of what it may look like on switch):

Now here's the screenshot from the same place in the final 30fps version:
