Whose in the trickier position: Nintendo or Xbox?

Pretty tough.
To be honest, I imagine both are still in better financial condition than Sony but Sony still has the sales and the support. As far as getting support from customers, I'd say Microsoft is always doing worse in the eyes of gamers, even when they're doing well.
