I don't know about AC, but Spider-Man's views are broken up between a lot of different videos. The two biggest ones are:

The biggest "spiderman E3 trailer" in terms of views, is from Playstations own youtube channel.

Its over 13.5m views there (one video, not alot of differnt videos added up).
