Well we cant know what will be in for instance 10 years, but currently or in near future (next Nintendo/MS console), hardly.

Lets see.. :) But as I see it.. next "Gen" is the perfect time for some like this.. and later would only make it much harder.

And don't forget..  I'm one of.. if not the biggest Nintendo fan on this side.. As I see it.. this is how we get the "true" Nintendo domination (Nintendo acces for more than 50% of worlds people.. and user numbers that can reach a billion.. with time :)
