With Windows 10s being announced just 3-4 weeks ago, you sound like you have had extensive time with it.  What new device have you purchased with windows 10s on it?

Windows 10 S is just Windows 10 with a restriction on how you install applications. I have exstensive experiance with Windows 10. Extensive to know that Windows' handling of background apps was bottlenecking my machine which has 16GB's of RAM. Microsoft has no clue to to make their system leaner as evidenced by the "Game Mode" which actually decreases performance is most usecases.

True enough that it seems to be designed for a closed secure environment.  As far as resource management goes, no way to tell until it hits the market.

You are essentially saying that because you bought a Chevy Camaro and it has a problem, then all Chevy Corvettes can't possibly not have the same problem let alone all of the Camaros too.

I agree that your particullar problem I haven't encountered on any of the dozen or so PCs in my office or the 5 of them at home that run windows 10.  I am not saying that you don't have a problem, only that it may not be indicative of most peoples experiences.  I will agree that EVERY new version of windows requires an increased amount of ram to run.  But, ALL programs seem to need that as we constantly ask our devices to do so much more with each iteration.

It is near the end of the end....
