Well I just found 1 red flag so far. The studio they have working with bungie on the game is Vicarious Visions, who haven't really done a PC port since 2003, which was a game called The Muppets: On With The Show!.

We know Bungie is without a doubt, working on the console versions, so I imagine they have Vicarious Visions working on the PC version, which alone doesn't fill me with much hope, not going by their track record. This sounds like Activision though, in terms of skimping out on good studios to egt the job done. They have High Moon studios wehich has done good jobs like the Transformers War/Fall of Cybertron series. Those games worked with M+K controls and fully supported gamepads as well as a myriad of options.
