As far as franchises I really want to see on Switch:

Pokemon
Super Smash Bros
Metroid
F-Zero
Maybe a port of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze or new 3D Donkey Kong game again
Star Fox
Animal Crossing
Mother game of some sort
Another Wave Race or 1080 or both would be awesome
Heck, Star Wars Rogue Squadron again, especially with the new movies coming out!
