It's not hard to avoid moderation. Just don't be a jerk to people, stop taking offense to everything, and above all else, debate posts, not posters. If you can't make your point without attacking the other side, well...you just don't have a point.

You'd think such a thing would make sense, right? But then, that's like asking everyone to obey the law. Sure, it's easy not to rob, rape, or injure someone, but with so many minds and figures at play, things are bound to go wrong.

All that considered, it's still doesn't remove the idea that avoiding moderation on the net is rather easy.

It's a relative issue because we are feeling creatures and we want to answer the call about our passions.  However our judgement is clouded at times because we lose sight of objectivity.
