For the expansion pass that includes all the content, They will probably have seperat prices when they launch of like £9.99 would be my guess.

It's the price for all of the content. The end of the announcement says that the two DLC packs cannot be purchased individually, so the mentioned price cannot be anything else than the price for the complete set.

Good. I may get it for the dungeon, hard mode and new story.
