you're being a little illogical, the Canadian dollar is worth what it's worth, it sounds dramatic when you say "Omg the Switch costs $800 in Canada!". It costs more in your currency because your currency is trading for less.

it's like if I made a thread that said "Omg, the Switch is going to cost 50,000$ yen in Japan!" omggggg.

like if your complaint is some form of import fee or something then it's understandable, but if your complaint is simply about the price appearing higher because of the Canadian dollar being weaker than the US dollar... thats silly. I've seen similar with Australian prices, naturally your prices are going to appear to be higher.

 

on the topic of literally apples to apples equivalent currency's it still being more though then that's something to argue
