so you're focusing for some reason on them allegedly yelling racist things? is that what's so newsworthy here?

to me that's like some guy raping a woman while calling her fat and somehow the outrage going to the 'fat shaming' instead of the rape itself.

Of course not; however, it's a key consideration in trying to understand a motive.  Why would a group of black adults (by law) kidnap a special needs person?  Hope of some ransom?  You can put two and two together by the "f*** white people!" ephitets being tossed around and the humiliation this white special needs person went through, like being forced to drink water out of a toilet.  That's a clear early indication that the evil acts perpetrated against this innoncent soul were motivated by hatred.  EDIT: Of course, officially labeling it as a "hate crime" won't come until police do a thorough investigation as others mentioned.

That's a really, really bad comparison.

you have made a common mistake, you have confused me by someone who cares what their 'motive' is. they were caught, they will go to trial and surely convicted for what they have done and society will judge them morally as the pieces of shit that they are.

lets make a news story when actually here doesn't go according to the normality (ie, them not getting sentenced by the court)
