He can be so immature because there are no repercussions. His fans defend him whatever he does. And he has enough of them to do whatever he wants.

He is his own boss. No one can fire him. No one can teach him a lesson. He has to bow to no one, therefore he can do whatever he wants to. *Sigh* Too bad it takes 4 years to see what will happen to his country. And after that time we will truly see if he succeeded or failed.
