Yeah. Just saying that's the area. The former Ethiopian dictator looks the most like the ruler in the picture.
Kenya is a democracy and Etriea... I doubt they even know anything about Eritrea... and that's more of a one party system then a dictatorship. (Similar but different.)
The problem is... Sudan is right there... and also fits what we know... and if it's the Sudan they are is in... that's just in poor taste.
