Nintendo: "You shouldn’t assume what you saw on the video represents actual Switch game footage"

Based on the wording I think they mean that one or more of the games shown are really just demos. Similar to the Zelda demo shown with Wii U. I don't think they should be showing things like that this close to launch, it strongly gives the impression that the game shown is coming and hints that it would be a launch title.
