I assume it comes with a lot of real state as well and some equipament, which probably get around the 3 billion dollar value.
This means intangible assets bought by 82 billion dollars! So very interesting.
That includes names of brands, magazines, papers, entertainment fanchises, things like that.
I assume everything generates around 2-3 billion worldwide in regular profit, without any kind of investiments.
I guess that Harry Potter movie rights are in the mix, this is probably a 10-20 billion dollars profit oportunity.
Well, seems like the whole deal is far from being a bargain, but AT&T must have a business plan to take the best of all of this.
I wonder if all the rights of Batman universe belong to Warner, there is a billion dollar amusement park here in Brasil (called Hopi Hari) that has a DC comics land with rides based in Batman, Penguin, Superman...

I guess these type of places generate a decent amount of revenue.
