Michael Crichton wrote and directed Westworld.
I recommend watching The Magnificent Seven (1960) and Westworld (1973) in a row for the full and cool Yul Brynner experience.
Funny that both iconic movies with Yul Brynner - in which he basically plays an identical looking character, but once as human shootist with a golden heart and once as robot shootist without a heart - got remade in 2016,
I will watch the new TV show one day.
