The biggest issues for me:
1) No Headphone Jack.
2) Low-resolution screens.
3) Doesn't use an industry-wide-supported connector (USB) for power and data transfer used in everything from PC's to consoles to Bus's to Planes to Cars to Power Outlets.
4) All at a high price. (I buy my phones outright. I can afford it.)
