I think so. This past summer has shown us that Nintendo can generate a large amount of hype in a pretty short time with the right moves.
I think they have at least one other major game of the same calibur as Breath of the Wild that'll come out in the NX's launch window that they haven't even clued us in on.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
