Honestly?
100m. I think the hybrid gimmick will make a lot of casual Nintendo fans comfortable in getting as a secondary console. If they can market it as high end tablet that would surely help them selling above 75m. As someone who didn't get a 3DS and Wii U, combining the two together into one efficient purchase is suddenly a lot more appealing. However we can only gauge so much from paper, we really need to see how Nintendo are going to package this thing.
