Honestly, without more info on the detachable controllers this thing is still pretty hard to fully understand... I was expecting maybe a handheld that could stream wirelessly to a tv, but this thing is going to be quite different. We also don't know about price yet. If it's aiming to capture the handheld market it has to be cheap. The fact it docks rather than streams to tv could be a cost cutting feature.

Anyway, if they can make it for a good price I could see it doing better than the 3ds. Zelda alone will ensure early sales beat the 3ds' and focusing their first party dev on one console will greatly improve the number of first party games.

After the wii u, is does feel daring to predict any positive sales for a Nintendo console but there you go.
