...I don't think you quite understand the charges. The charges are that the DNC effectively acted as an additional campaigner for her, using their influence over reporters and meetings to encourage on-the-fence voters to vote for Hillary rather than Bernie (one email, for instance, had a DNC official working in West Va. and Kentucky asking if he should use Bernie's religion to try and win over votes for Hillary). It isn't that the DNC ignored or covered up votes for Bernie, it's that they actively helped Hillary win over voters, which a political party committee is not supposed to do in its own primary.
