Check out the story at 1up, they have an MP3 of the guy talking to a support person and the support guy really does snicker when he see's all the support numbers.
I also happened to find an article about 360 repairs in the UK, but I can't really confirm it's substance. What do you think? *edit* just noticed this has it's own thread.
