• Mojang (PC, mobile, Wii U)
• Microsoft Studios (X360, XONE, Windows Phone, Windows 10 Edition)
• Sony Computer Entertainment (PS3, PS4, PSV)

So Microsoft studio is only getting publishing fees (and platform fees) from 4 of 10 system (mobile including android) and (PC including Max?).

So how much money do they make on a (at most $20 dollar game) when there is no platform, or publishing fee attached.

I think that they plan to sell DLC over the time. It is better to sell DLC to the dozens of millions of owners than trying to sell the game for new owners.
