Of course that's what has happened. I never liked the refund system because it screws up reviews and other data, plus the scumbags that on purpose buy a game, give bad review and then refund. But now, when you say that it ruined the flash sales, damn, I'm so sad they had to introduce refunds (because of some international law I presume. Please don't tell me it was the EU.).
"F*ck! Oh, well. I refund the game and re-buy the game again".
