OK to be fair, in Pokemon that does have a quantifiable effect on gameplay. That is, an overabundance of one or two types of Pokemon and large swaths of unavoidable random encounters. And it's not that the negative (too much water) cost the game 2.2 points, the positives just only earned it 7.8. Review scores don't start at 10 and go down, they start at 0 and go up. Yes, I understood the review the first time I saw it, I knew where she was going for but she really choosed a bad way to say it.
