No, I'm 99% sure it won't. Just like their previous consoles, they're not going to manufacture competitive hardware, that can cater to the masses. Maybe only in Japan, but those would be the usual E rated games if that even counts as third party support. Nintendo haven't had third party support since the SNES, they've never really fulfilled genres like Sandbox, FPS, RPG and Racing, hence one of the reasons they flopped with the Gamecube.

If the rumors about the NX hardware is true then it will most likely go down the same route as the N64, Gamecube and Wii U. They all were specific hardware and stood out from their competitors and got poor third party support. I think it's actually only going to get worse and worse as it's released 3½ after current gen consoles unlike the Gamecube which was released 1½-2 years after the PS2 and flopped. The NX will be a delayed 7th gen console which could be a big problem for their sales since the PS4 and Xbox One will be in total domination of the market by then.

The NX will likely be Nintendo's last stationary console. I think they might sell between 5 and 8 million NX consoles, because by then the next Xbox and Playstation will be released and then they're going to struggle even more with the NX than the Wii U. Keep in mind that most of the Wii U sales were during the first half year which was around 5 or 6 million in that period where they had third party support, but there's no way in hell third parties are going to give Nintendo another chance at launch again.

As long as Nintendo keep releasing consoles that are considered to be geared towards children and consoles that has an overreliance on first party productions, inferior online games and consoles that has gimmicks, bad controls bad graphics and inferior hardware, for example not using the latest tech like DVD or Blu Ray and missing out on a lot of genres that caters to the masses like RPG, FPS, Sandbox, Racing etc. then there's no way ever they are going to succeed with any of their consoles.
