My thinks are Nintendo could use Community Cloud

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_cloud

With this Strategy, Nintendo don't need to make a powerfull machine... Just need HC stay turn on all times...
For example:
NX HC have tegra X1, about 1 TFLOPS... If you connect 100 NXs in community cloud, they will offer 100 TFLOPS... But if each NX keep 10% of his power for the 99 others NX, that means each NX could receive untill 10% of 99 TFLOPS = 9,9 TFLOPS...
NX will have 1 TFLOPS in matérial and potentially 10TFLOPS with the cloud computing...

This is just a example, but in fact with the moderns networks, we can have a lot of power with software like cloud computing... And don't need big DATA CENTER...

And if all 100 try to game at the same time no one is able to run their game? How would you design a service that only 10% of users can use their console, or how would you code the game so that it autoset what is shown based on power available? And don't forget that internet isn't fast/reliable enough to have this really working.
