You've been really fooled girl, do you honestly believe that crap he's been telling you? That's real plain flaming at you don't you get it? What he's basically saying is.... Nintendo WII is nothing but crap and it "better be" their last console... 
That guy would NEVER ever have seen me in his store again. It's subjective responding to customers and that's not allowed what he's doing. As long as you're selling different game consoles and goodies you have to shut up about your personal interest or opinion. If someone likes the PS3 and you as seller prefer the WII you shouldn't influence a customer with your taste. It's theirs what counts...
