I think the disagreement comes down to a philosophical one: can a game be perfect? Some would say yes, others would say no. Some would say 10/10 symbolizes a game has no flaws, others would say a 10/10 means the flaws that are there are minor and can be safely disregarded.
I'm going to guess Aldro is the type of reviewer that feels 10/10 means minor issues, if they're there, can be disregarded.
