The US is barely accepting any refugees from anywhere as is and that's not changing Trump or no Trump. They're basically leaving Europe to deal with that mess.

Beyond that though European countries are superior to the US in many ways. For one you don't have to worry about your damn kid getting shot to death just going to school or the movies and 2/3rds of population isn't grossly obese, generally speaking I find most Europeans are better educated than average Americans and doing anything to be famous/rich isn't priority no.1 in most people's life.

WTH? Sweden, Germany, Austria, France, Holland etc have taken in masses of migrants from poor countries since the 1980's. These countries have been politically correct and multicultural for three decades. And even if these young, strong and healty people from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan that now are flooding our gates there's no reason to let them in.

Yeah, maybe the life of Europeans on average is slightly better than for the average American at least if you look at Northern Europe. But what do these countries do to the world? Nothing cool. What good would it bring the world to make USA another "equal" nation like Europe?  From USA comes everything cool - Hollywood movies, video games, cool presidents, war, weapons, power games, pop music, Elvis, Miami Vice, Michael Jackson and so on.

Generally speaking I don't think Americans are all that happy. Mental illness and drug addiction (be it to "medical" drugs or illegal narcotics) is rampant in every demographic, people randomly losing their mind and shooting up a school/grocery store/movie theater/preschool is a common event, yes Michael Jackson and Elvis were great performers but they were also pretty fucked up people if you actually research them.

Hollywood movies are generally senseless nonsense at this point. I'd rather ingest poison than listen to a Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber album, modern pop music is utter shit.

Europeans tends to fetishize American culture, it's not how you think it is on TV, lol. Most people here are also in monsterous personal debt, struggling to pay off credit cards, student loans, living basically month to month, if anything goes wrong (like a medical condition popping up) they're fucked.
