Exactly, people seem to be blind to the fact that it would have sold little more if it was on XBO.
The main problem was they didn't let the franchise rest long enough and released SUPER and ULTRA versions of the last game in the years prior to V's release. Casuals might just go "Meh, more street fighter...I just bought one the other year", for them it's all the same.
If they left the IP dormant for a few years, they could have a massive release.
