The question will be if they keep dropping as 360 owners move to PS4 instead of Xone.

The subscriptions are up YoY, it doesn't matter if are down compared to last quarters, all bussines have fluctuations between quarters, specially consumer electronic and services.

The overall profit of division is up YoY, even with lower prices in hardware, it's all that matters. You don't give up with a division that is growing, they don't give up with Bing, they will not with gaming.
