Every bigger game has a launch bundle and that's okay. Those are typically quite limited and won't matter when you compare games.
But then you also have special bundles like Wii Sports, Kinect Adventures, the yearly 360 holiday bundles with two games, I also remember the PS3 starter bundle in Europe etc.
Those can add several million to a game when they are the only bundles available at that time.

Halo 3
Motorstorn
NSMBWii
Resistance
Pure (360)
Etc. All sold 1m or more due to bundling. For some it might be not as relevant (GT5, Halo 3, NSMBWii) for others though...
