I think so. I'm not precisely an hardware and specs expert, but that's what I read. If the NX CPU is faster than the One CPU, that's a start, but it's not all said and done. Also, I was wondering about the comments this guy made about consoles being weaker than high-end PCs (obviously). But would be "economic" enough to make a really powerful console? I think they should find a balance between "power" and "economic". More than 400/350$ would be shooting themselves in the foot. 

There is a third factor when choosing a CPU: heat. The 8350 is a 125W chip, and you can't mount one of those on a tiny, console box without running into overheating problems.

Oh, and yes, the PS4 beats the X1 because it has a much better GPU.
