Exactly. If a game runs poorly on a console, it's not the console, it's the developer.

You can't just design whatever your heart desires and then make it and blame the console for only being able to handle it at 30fps. 

You can't paint a 6ft painting on a 5ft canvas. You gotta work WITH the hardware.

10 Years ago they were working with a Much Weaker Hardware, that is the PS2, so why they cannot wait some years for the PS5, to came out ?.
