Call me crazy, but I'm gonna say Black Ops II.
For a Call of Duty game, I thought it was very good overall, I liked what they did with the campaign, and the Wii U version for a multiplat was pretty solid overall I'd say.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
