Two things:

1.) I'm a pretty big Zelda fan and I've purchased WW an TP when they released and when they re-released on day one.  Which on is better is a matter of opinion but TP offers waaaay more content.  The WW art style  may have aged better but TP is still the more advanced game.

2.) You can get TPHD without the Amiibo for $49.  The same as Wind Waker. Why would it be less?

Because completely new Zelda will be $59 while HD port of old game cost only $10 dollars less!?

Don't get me wrong, I pre ordered TP HD, I just think WW HD and TP HD needs to have price of $40 not of $50.

Majora's Mask came out in 2000. It costs $39.

What determines value?  The graphics? The budget? How much time it's been since release? How many hours of enjoyment you get from it?  In the past week or two, I purchased TWD Michonne ($15), Street Fighter V ($60), Gravity Rush ($40), Twilight Princessand($60), Resident Evil 0 ($20 and I still have the Gamecube version of this game, too!).

Maybe it's just a port or cash grab but TPHD has jumped right to the top of my playlist and everything else is gathering dust. Some may feel it's overpriced but I'm definitely getting my $60 woth! I still have the Gamecube version and I'm still thanking God for the improvements we have, here!
