GBA games are never coming to the 3ds the 3ds is going to be replaced soon and I can be sure they are not going to expend the money for emulating game boy advance games when they have to work on emulations for the NX handheld. The reason I think Nintendo put game boy advance games on the Wii u and not 3ds is that both the Nx handheld and home console will in some way use the emulators already made for the Wii u and that the 3ds was too weak.
