Dragon Ball Xenoverse has shipped a total of 3.13 million copies.
Here’s the regional sales breakdown:
- Japan – 230,000 units
- Asia – 60,000 units
- America – 1.78 million units
- Europe – 1.05 million units

Steamspy has it at ~400k so that leaves around 2.73 million for consoles and VGC has Xenoverse at 1.84 million sold as of Jan 16. So it definitely looks like it's been undertracked.
