I already have the Wii version and I'm buying the HD remaster for several reasons:
1- Playing the original in a modern HD TV is just... horrible. The game looks incredibly bad in a modern television. I think this one and Skyward Sword are the games that suffer the most when upscaling to high resolution screens. You may not notice a huge improvement like in Wind Waker HD, but when you have played the original as many times as I have, you really apreciate how beautiful the game looks now.
2- Off TV. Being able to play the game without the TV is a really handy functionality.
3- I love the game (it's not the best Zelda, but is the one that I like to replay the most) and this is a perfect excuse to play it again in all its glory.
4- Being used to de Wii version, this one will be somehow different because of the mirroring and absence of motion controls.
5- Minor, but helpful changes like more rupees, less tears of light to find, hero mode, inventory management through the gamepad... it's not something huge, but it definitely makes things better.
6- I don't care about the "dungeon" that comes with the amiibo, but the Midna and Wolf Link figure itself and the Soundtrack CD are juicy bonus to me as a fan of the series and especially this game.
