And now you're telling me that another religion that forbids alcohol and bacon is gonna succeed where christianity failed? Not gonna happen. What is going to happen is that we are going to be remembered by a lot of families as the place that took them in when they were escaping hell.It would be nice though if the US could stop messing up the middle east so these people didn't have to flee in the first place. |
Not that I agree or disagree, because I personally haven't looked deeply into this particular topic, however, I would caution anyone from using Wikipedia as a sole source of information. There are very serious issues w/ that site, and more specifically it's staff who quite often edit pages in a not so ethical manner. I only use Wikipedia for the source articles listed at the bottom. It sucks not being able to trust these sites, but...when you can clearly see bias, misinformation or mischaracterization being supported and defended by the sites admin...it's time to ensure you're double-checking all the claims being made.
