1. Get a new Metroid title in development that emphasizes exploration and returns Samus to her pre-Other M characterization.

2. Get some franchises that haven't been used in a while back again (Kid Icarus, F-Zero, etc.)

3. Get the Club Nintendo successor running ASAP- Almost a year without a rewards/customer feedback program is inexcusable.

4. Look at what made Splatoon work and use those lessons to develop some new IPs.

5. Make games either great single-player experiences, or great multi-player experiences, and not try to cram both into one game where one mode is obviously much weaker than the other.

6. Do not be afraid to spend money and resources to acquire more development teams and get games out faster. Quality is more important that quantity, but quantity is kind of important too.

7. Increase frequency of Nintendo Directs and create more ways to communicate to potential and existing consumers.
