I'm pretty sure that NNK said it was console debut. Same with others. And saying SF5 will never appear on another console is admitting that its on PC. Most of the outrage against PSX was concerning VR so I dunno if that is something to really brag about. There is very few actual exclusives announced from Sony.

Uncharted, Ratchet, Ni no Kuni 2, Yakuza 0,5, Last blade 2, Ace Combat, Golem, Fat Princess Adventures, MLB 16, Ni-oh, FullThrottle and some more you can look it up
even if some of that stuff maybe comes to steam in the future this comment from you doesn't make any sense:
"if they're all just gonna be on every other device? At this point you can call it a generic 3rd party experience."
