If Halo sold under 1m in the US, 150k in the UK and 7k in Japan then WW sales at retail aren't going to be pretty at all.  Definitely well under 2m including bundles and digital.  Hard to believe this has happened. 

Why is this hard to believe?

As i mentioned in another thread, MS admitted it with their very own "$400M Halo5 revenue" brag which included the important "over 21M hours of Halo5 played" tidbit. Almost all those people who (pre-)bought Halo5 are diehard fans that spent 10-15 hours in the game in the first days after it went online. That instantly gave you an upper limit on Halos sold (my guess is less than 2M ww), if you listened to MS pr speak carefully enough.

The (seemingly) low hw numbers aren't a surprise either. Over the last years, Amerians have been trained to expect crazy deals around bf, so October (and to a good part December) sales have moved into late November bf week.
