The Wii had sell in of around 27.6m in Americas and Other at this point in time so the install base of gen 7 would be much higher than gen 8 at this point in time if you were to include Wii in last gens figures. 

Oh, thanks for the response. Pretty good for the Wii. I figure the Wii U is much worse than that... x_x
