Your first week is way too high. Lifetime sales will be much harder to estimate, however, seeing as Naughty Dog has only gained sales momentum with each succeeding release. However, I think Uncharted 4 will do less than TLOU if you include the Remaster on PS4.
Oh, & 2-2.2 million first week and not any higher. Uncharted is not a front loaded franchise.
