Its not just Yo-Kai, although that does play the role of heavy for the Nintendo 3DS this holiday season. But the Nintendo localization teams have basically been working year round to bring over games not only for this year but also next, including a number of text heavy games like Yo Kai, Xenoblade X and for the early portion of next year we are supposed to be getting Fire Emblem Fates and I think Bravely Second and SMT x FE are also probably being worked on.
Patience, we can't blame Nintendo for not being able to localize titles in multiple languages at the same time year round.
